Bring your wedding dress to our Dallas store before the big day for steaming and pressing, done in-house by our team. After the wedding, we arrange cleaning and preservation through our partner specialist cleaner. Every dress is inspected first and quoted individually.
What we offer
Bridal gown inspection
We look at the fabric, beading, lace, train and care label before we quote or start any work.
Before-wedding steaming & pressing
Suitable gowns are steamed and pressed at our store so they're ready to wear. Done in-house.
After-wedding cleaning
We arrange cleaning through our partner specialist cleaner. We don't dry clean in-house.
Preservation boxing
After cleaning, your dress can be preserved and boxed. Ask about it with your quote.
Delicate fabrics & embellishments
We tell you up front if a fabric, bead or trim can't safely be steamed, pressed or cleaned.
Bridesmaid & veil care
Bridesmaid dresses and veils can be steamed and pressed with the bride's dress.

- Not every gown can be steamed, pressed or cleaned. We tell you after inspection.
- We don't machine wash wedding dresses.
- We don't offer gown restoration, and we can't promise that every stain will come out.

Can my wedding dress be cleaned or pressed?
Most dresses can be steamed and pressed, but not all. We inspect the fabric, beading and care label first and tell you what's safe before we quote.
Do you clean wedding dresses in-house?
No. Steaming and pressing are done at our store. Cleaning is done by our partner specialist cleaner, and we arrange it for you.
Do you offer wedding dress preservation?
Yes. After cleaning, your dress can be preserved and boxed. Ask for preservation on the quote form.
How far before the wedding should I bring my dress?
As early as you can, so there's time to inspect it and plan the work. Put your wedding date on the form and we'll confirm the timeline with your quote.
Can you remove every stain?
We can't promise that. After inspection we'll tell you honestly what's likely to come out.
