For restaurants, caterers, banquet halls and hospitality providers. We wash, and press where needed, the tablecloths, cloth napkins and aprons you own, on a recurring pickup. Kitchen and bar towel rental is $1.59/lb, or we wash yours for $1.49/lb. We don't rent tablecloths or napkins.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have only my tablecloths pressed?
Yes. Clean tablecloths can be pressed only; pressing-only is quoted. Wash, dry & press is priced by tablecloth size, listed on our event linen washing & pressing page.
How much does it cost to wash and press a restaurant tablecloth?
Tablecloths are priced by size, from $2.41 (Round Tablecloth 70 in) to $16.85 (Tablecloth 90 × 156 in), including washing, drying and pressing. Napkins, aprons and recurring volume are quoted.
Do you rent tablecloths or napkins?
No. We wash and press linens you own. Only kitchen and bar towels are available for rent, at $1.59/lb.
Do you wash grease-soaked kitchen rags or mop heads?
Tell us exactly what you need washed when you ask for a quote. We don't accept textiles soaked with grease, oil or chemicals beyond what we can safely wash.
Can you set up a recurring pickup?
Yes. Pickups are scheduled on our business routes, from weekly to several times a week.
How much does restaurant linen laundry cost?
Recurring service is priced by volume quote. Request a quote on this page or call or text (214) 898-7375.
Is there a minimum?
Business accounts follow the terms in their own service agreement, including any minimum, which we set up with your quote. The $30 minimum for home pickups doesn't apply.
How towel rental works
- Rental inventory
- The Bubble owns the rental towels. Your agreement sets how many are in rotation for your business, and we confirm we can supply that number before you sign up.
- Laundering charges
- Towel rental with washing is $1.59/lb; washing towels you own is $1.49/lb, weighed on our store scale. Any account minimum or pickup fee is written in the agreement; the $30 home-pickup minimum doesn't apply.
- Exchange procedure
- On each route day we collect your used towels and leave clean, folded ones in their place.
- Loss & replacement
- Rental towels that go missing or are damaged beyond normal wear are handled under the terms written in your agreement, agreed before service starts.

Bubble Credit is a reward for washing your business laundry with The Bubble. For every eligible pound we wash, you earn 8¢ in credit.
- Wash 60 lb and earn $4.80.
- Wash 100 lb and earn $8.
Your available Bubble Credit may help pay for eligible replacement items when approved inventory is lost, badly stained, or damaged beyond use.
Bubble Credit is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits may only be used for approved program benefits. Eligible uses, limits, expiration rules, replacement availability, and other terms may vary by account and service agreement.
